Exchange and Return

Returns are limited to the following criteria only:

(i) Product Defect: Claims must be submitted immediately upon delivery. Our team will review the request and verify the defect before approval.

(ii) Lost Shipment: Shipment tracking must confirm that the parcel has been lost by the shipping carrier.

(iii) Wrong Product: If the item received does not match the original order and the correct product is unavailable in stock.

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Products may only be exchanged once.

Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size only. We cannot exchange products for different colors or entirely different items. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If any of the above conditions apply, you may request a return or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date by contacting us at:

Delivery

Orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed in our system. Once processed, deliveries are typically completed within 8–10 working days from the order confirmation date.

Shipping is provided on a CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Daise Shaar covers shipping and insurance charges only.

Any import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, or destination charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions. Orders cannot be refused or rejected due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or destination charges.
